The Cheesy Ham is Erin Lee: Fort Lauderdale, Florida based radio personality and freelance writer. I began cooking from scratch and utilizing fresh ingredients in my meals several years ago. I wanted to be more mindful of what I was putting into my body, because I love to indulge. I'm not trained by any stretch, but I have learned tips from friends in the hospitality industry.
